Both launch epst.exe for me, but I'm running on the stock ROM. I don't have resco installed because my new TP should be here tomorrow... not going to bother installing everything.
I'm assuming epst and ppst are the same program for the phones. Give the number codes a shot, or look for epst.exe instead.
