I did hard reset several times, but my backup keeps restoring it. I dont understand why it just cant be removed through "remove program" and not removing my entire messaging app. |
use a diffrent back up program or change the settings to the 1 you using to just back up data like contacts and messages no settings then do a hard rest and start over
