I will usually keep the stock ROM, but installing the programs I like and just setting it up for how I like for it to be.
I will use the Touch FLO interface for a bit before I decide if I will use it or go back to SPB Mobile shell like I had on the Mogul and regular Touch....
The reason I don't deal with the custom ROMs is that I am that experienced in it, and don't want to take the risk of bricking it....
