unless u have push email enabled, itseems to be related to loosing signal while in sleep mode, the device hardware wakes up on regaining signal. best solution for now is to use s2u2 and set it for 10 second or so shutoff after wake up if you dont unlock it. no other known solution it seems, and u can verify this by putting phone into flight mode and notice if it doesn't wakey randomly.
