Ok, from what I know and what I believe, you have to have a data plan to do MMS because it will not work on WiFi. But, if you guys are also agreeing WiFi wont work but that you do not have a data plan or are disabling your device from connecting to data, then what method of 'connection' is being used to send MMS?
