I had that same problem with You Tube a few days ago..I was watching a video, then the screen dimmed and my iLock program came on and the whole thing froze up, so I reset the device and it just hung on the Windows Mobile boot screen, a couple more resets after yielded the same resutls. Finally I did a hard reset and that fixed it, despite having to reload all my programs. However I have dl'd a few YT videos since and haven't had any issues, I also took off my iLock program.
