Try this...

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\GDI\ClearTypeSettings]
"OffOnRotation"=1
Change "OffOnRotation" to equal 1 for the hack.

Cleartype On = 0
Cleartype Off = 1

... I think
