I think those contain different versions of the cab. Warning: The first one I linked will most likely disable the Social Networks Engine, whereas the second one probably won't... but I might have gotten that mixed up. Try it and let us know which one works.

EDIT: Just try the one I attached first.

The first 2 files don't contain any HTC album files at all. The TP2 album is the one that is causing the problem in the first place isn't it? Which version is that?
