How to create TF3D icons sets????
I've Googled around and the only thing I came up with was Manila Editor. Which seems to only allow you to modify items already in the manilla. What I would like to do is to be able to create cabbed icon sets.
Anybody know who to do that? And how do you like them to items in TF3D like the "home tab" for instance?
