It's a usb charger - which I use religiously - it used to charge my ppc-6700 3 times before dying. and it's tiny. I keep on in my backpack or pocket since most of my gadgets charge via usb...
(haven't had a need to use it on the ppc-6800 since it seems to last all day for me...)
