theoretically it would work, since both are CDMA based carriers, the fact of the matter is that both companies use branded phones and refuse to activate any phone that is not branded as their own
i guess you could attempt flashing to the newest telus stock ROM and bringing it in to a telus store and see what they say, but my advice would be to sell your bell touch and get a telus touch with a discount as a new customer
