yuppers...I had it working....
Unfortunately, the ROM isnt to my liking right now, so i had to move away from it for now......BETA isnt good when i rely on my phone!!!
But yeah, syncing to my exchange server (NOT PLUGGED INTO THE COMPUTER) worked flawlessly through my mentioned method...
I never got a change to see if it synced with a PC though
