Ronen, I was not able to reproduce that error. However, I found a couple of other things:
I ran a level 3 clean, the full one, and when it cleans the memory, there is a brief couple seconds that I lose service. This may be part of the design, not sure. It's by no means a deal breaker. Also, during the clean, my phone pad pops up for me to dial a call. All I did was close the phone pad, and everything was working perfectly. Then a few seconds later I got the notification that it saved 12mb. 12mb! great job.
I then ran the level 3 clean again, trying to get the cprog.exe. Still couldn't get it that error. But again I lost service for a couple seconds (which may be part of the program's cleaning) and my dialer popped up again. I use S2A black. I don't really see any of these as bugs as the don't impair the function of my device, just thought I'd let you know.
EDIT: and on the second level 3 clean I ran, it found another 4mb, weird yet awesome.
Can anyone else reproduce any of this, or the cprog.exe error?
Also, although the cleanRAM config icon is now red in the programs menu, in the quick menu (the first couple programs in the drop down when you press the "Start" button), the cleanRAM config icon is still green.
All in all, thank you so very much for this app. The community really loves it and you are building quite the fan base. You hard work is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!!! ALL!!!!!
Yes you right, "lost service for a couple seconds" + "phone pad pops up" all that apart of my dev design. yes I know, this is a strange way to get hard cleaing but because of that you will get good results all the time.
Im really can't do nothing about the "lost service for a couple seconds" but I will check for some ideas for hide the phone pad popup.
UPDATE:
"Also, although the cleanRAM config icon is now red in the programs menu, in the quick menu (the first couple programs in the drop down when you press the
"Start" button), the cleanRAM config icon is still green."
- I think it's just the history cache, try soft reset. anyway, I will check it later...
