Attached is a cab of Sprint Nav. (TeleNav) I believe they're the same thing..
Also attached latest google maps
and...here's a link about TomTom 7.9..I don't want to attach the cab because I'm pretty sure it's warez..(may be wrong) but it hasn't been deleted here yet..
I just have to ask...

I'm a U.S. customer of TomTom Navigator 6. When you mention "the latest TomTom Mobile", what are we talking about? Related?

My understanding is that TT7 was released in Europe but we've been "waiting" here in the States. Other rumors say TT7 will never be released here as TT is phasing out "PDA" navigation. And from looking at their web site that seems to be the case, once you set United States as your location.

I read through the forum link you referenced and it seems to center around making a VGA version of the released QVGA version. But it also carries along the benefit of getting TT7 to legally access legally purchased TT6 maps.

I'm using an Omnia to run TT6 right now. The image is wacky on the QWVGA screen of the Omnia but it works nonetheless. So what I'm wondering is whether you know if any of the discussion of these cabs might be of use to me or not.

I hesitate to barge in and end up crippling my running copy of TT6 without trying to get some advice.

thanks
