Nope, Its network.. NOT the Rom. I'm waiting for Verizon to call me back when its fixed.. I posted about it in this thread somewhere near page 90. Verizon told me its a problem with the network. The phone is definitely Enhanced messaging capable. The Tech I talked to also had a touch pro and didnt get the issues I was having.
