I have also had the GPS reboot problem. This is the first stability issue I've had with a Windows Mobile device that repeated reliably after rebooting (rather than just occur at random, and usually be "safe" for awhile after rebooting).

It's one of the issues recently, combined with the near-complete lack of activity from Microsoft in Windows Mobile development (sorry, WM6.5 looks to have very little of significance) that is pushing me toward giving up on Windows Mobile altogether. My WM device frequently crashes more in a day than my iPod Touch has for the five months I have owned it. Sorry to be a pessimist, but issues like this are beyond unacceptable.
