Ok if you tried multiple roms you know its not the ROM...Clear out your storage. If that dosent work, try setting up another live account and see if it goes through..Also you say messenger, can you sign into windows live period "mail"? If not good sign its something wrong with your account settings "server side". Setup a new account.
