The instinct is a great phone if you want everything a rev a phone can do, and you want it simple. Don't go G1 in my opinion, Tmobile.....is well horrible, though it is a nice phone.

When people come in, and want a touch screen phone. I can either sell them a touch for 20 bucks(yes radioshack still carrys them), or an instinct. It depends a lot on their plan(family plans are bad for instinct), and if I think they can use the touch well.
