Yes, and then you put the shortcut in it.....
I'm am not talking about the program files folder, I am talking about the PROGRAMS folder...
Easy way to do it, open up Total Commander, or something similar...
Highlight the sprinttv.exe>file>create shortcut.....
That will make a shortcut in the PROGRAM FILES folder....
Now you have to move that shortcut(sprinttv.lnk) to \windows\start menu\programs...
Then you will see the picture in your programs folder
