Suggestions? Going to switch to SASHIMI instead and hope that will correct this...

Re-download the ROM, and hard reset your phone. Enter your phone into bootloader mode and re-flash your phone. The issues you are having maybe a corrupted flash and/ or a .cab that's giving it some issues. My SDConfig takes about 5-10 minutes, but that's because its installing a ton of .cabs, moves a lot of files around, and does a few .xml changes. It works fine here, so you re-flashing again would be my best bet. Sorry you're having issues, but none of us are experiencing that.

No jshaas2, in part you are right, but kitts is also right as well. There's a reg entry that you can use to re-enable the multi-select in the mail app, but I hear it breaks scrolling in other areas. Kitts, if you want, in Menu> Select Messages, there select all feature and select all below now that works properly, you may want to use it in case it might help you out better.
