How do I have no sound on startup? By default StartupWav is already blank, but it still makes that startupsound. I changed it to \windows\Shuttersound.wav and it works but I would rather have no sound at all.

edit did another soft reset and noticed that my shuttersound played during the sprintanimation but afterwards that annoying sound still played during the green windows 6.1 screen. Anyway to silence this?
