I called in Sprint today about my Old Mogul with a problem and told them that my phone is not turning on . I WAS OFFERED A

I will confirm that once i receive my phone probably by tuesday as weekend is in between. I double checked in with them. I talked to two different Tech reps. They confirmed me with the same thing that they are sending me a new Touch Pro and also arranged a call back once i receive the phone. By the way, the place i am in right now doesn't have a sprint store near by.
You can try calling in Sprint Tech Support and check on it. However if they accidentally send you a Mogul, you can reject the package with the UPS driver or whosoever and tell them that you "refuse the package". I don't know if this works but it would be worth a try to let others know.
