I can confirm that this works. It took a hard reset and a bunch of playing. Once working it is cool and neat to see.
With that said however, and all respect to Steveh, I would say it is not worth killing yourself for this. I am sure it will get refined into an easier process. Right now, it still is just "buttonflo" where you have to press the assigned hardkey to rotate the screen. Also, it will mess with the HTC Home and remove your pic speed dial. While the touchflo is cool, it really does basically the same as what we have with HTC Home.
This is just my opinion. If you have time and want to play, go for it. I am sure we can use the help.
Also, I believe that there are actually two different toucheflo files. One has a space before the flo. I have already removed this for now so I cannot double check. From memory though, I believe you can assign a button to "TouchFlo" but there is a file in \Windows called "touch flo". The one with the space is the one you want to hit first, then biotouch, then the hardkey.
