So i finally got pissed with my TouchPro because it was acting wacky i.e. jumpy screen and the screen going black out of nowhere and not being able to get it back on. I reflashed to the factory settings and ran to the sprint store. I thought it was a conflict with the programs i had on it...nope. They changed out the LCD screen and we are as good as new.
