Thank you for your response. I figured out my problem with GPS. And you are right, there's no reason to downgrade the radio. My problem was in QPST. I changed all settings there, but didn't knew you have to click all checkboxes. They looked disabled (grayed out), so I never clicked them. Once I clicked enable, they all become enabled and I have GPS now.

Another nice finding was that you can install NFSFAN's 1.12 VZW ROM right on top of latest official VZW with radio 3.37.78! Works great and no reauthentication needed. Just initial programming.

And I actually downgraded my radio to 3.37.78. I used 0.40Coke, then flashed sprint rom with old radio 2.13, used 2.31Coke unlocker, flashed official VZW ROM, called *228 option 1 and finally flashed NFSFAN's 1.12 VZW.

Hopefully that info will be helpful to other guys from Verizon.
