I don't know why they interfere, but removing VistaBatteryHide removes the horrid keyboard lag I've been experiencing in landscape mode.
If anyone uses Vista Battery Hide and does not have lag when using hardware keyboard, please tell me.

Try dci battery, works just like Vistahide without dragging down the rom.
I attached a cab that puts it in your \windows\startup folder and a rar file that just contains the exe.
