Question Is it safe to flash from radio 3.42 to 3.37? Trying to enable GPS.

I am on Verizon network. I have Verizon Vogue XV6900.

Recently I flashed it with Verizon's leaked RUU_Vogue_VZW_WWE_3.14.605.1_Radio_3.37.77_Ship ROM, let customizations run.

Then to get better radio I reflashed it with Bell's RUU_Vogue_4350_BM_WWE_3.08.666.1_Radio3.42.50_Ship , didn't let customizations run.

Then flashed it with NFSFAN's Verizon Rom 1.12. Works awesome, but GPS doesn't work no matter what I try. I plan to use Tom Tom 7.

Thus I have radio 3.42.50

So I am trying to enable GPS now.

My plan is to downgrade radio from 3.42 to 3.37 by flashing leaked VZW ROM: RUU_Vogue_VZW_WWE_3.14.605.1_Radio_3.37.77_Ship and then flash custom GPS-enabled ROM, maybe that will enable my GPS functionality.

My question is:
can I flash RUU_Vogue_VZW_WWE_3.14.605.1_Radio_3.37.77_Ship again without bricking my phone? And maybe if I don't run customizations, then GPS will work after that?

Thank you in advance for any help.
