On the old phone the MSID number is the same in both the ##778 AND ##000000
BUT!
In the new phone, the MSID number is my phone number in ##778
the MSID number is 0000000000 in ##000000
why is this? I think this is the issue! however, when I goto change the MSID number in the ##000000, and it resets, it goes BACK to 0000000000
why won't this save in ##000000, and why isn't it correcting itself, since other parts of the phone knows the correct MSID #
any thoughts?
btw, Alltel, NO HELP, she was a moron! Which is sad, because they usually are so helpful... what is the world coming to?!?
