A girl did a disassembly video on youtube. The part is pretty cheap between 30-50 on ebay.
So for those who don't have TEP and want to make their phone last until the TP3 comes out.

I've taken my mogul partially apart to see if I can fix the wifi switch and fixed the camera lens on the back housing. Still runs like before I took it apart.
