FWIW, I tried to use Wsync and authentication fails every time I try to log in, despite changing the password numerous times. This is the same issue others have reported across the net when downgrading to the 29.99 plan from the 44.99.
Maybe there is something screwy with your account, ebross67. Just don't ever tell them
