I have the touch as well - I canceled at this point....

Please verify your replacement equipment. The replacement option for your insured equipment is a REMANUFACTURED HTC 6950 TOUCH DIAMOND. This equipment is selected based on comparable features and functions of your insured equipment. A charger will be included with your replacement phone. Do you wish to proceed with this replacement option?
Selecting "No" at this stage will prompt you to call Asurion for further verification and claim processing. A different replacement option will not likely be offered.
