what i would do, is do what i did. flash back to stock. then reset using the master reset (or whatever it's called). i remember messing up my old HTC Touch with a rom a year or so back. i had to go back to stock and reset to get everything back the way it was. then i reflashed to a different rom and all was well. i'm not saying flashing back to stock and resetting will fix your problem, but that would be the next thing i would do.
