I use Missing Sync and it works well. I have my mac set up so that it syncs contacts and calendar with Google, and I have the Google Sync via ActiveSync running on my Touch Pro, this solution works great for me. When I add a appointment to my device on the mac, it automatically shows up on my Touch Pro and vice versa.
