Well all I can offer is my own opinion. 100% Google Maps mobile. It's great, has all of the POI's of the regular google maps, and best of all, it's free!
This is the thread where you can find the latest version.
The only downside is that it uses your data (or wifi) connection, so if you don't have unlimited data, maybe its not for you.
