Still not getting access here. I have followed boreal's steps straight through but I am still getting the access denied statement. Tried the soft reset and no luck.

One thing though, when I first went through the steps I noticed that the renamed coarse ear file was staying in txt format. When I copied that one to the Mogul Windows directory, it did not replace the original. I went back and downloaded it again and saved it as a .csv file, instead of renaming it, and it stayed in that format.

Was it supposed to be transfered as a .txt file to your Windows directory? I was assuming that the replacement was to be identical in name and format. Just verifying.
