Same thing happened to me on 2 different moguls. first one didn't have spb backup so I had to do a hard reset. 2nd phone DID have spb backup so I rebooted in safe mode and deleted the last app I installed. Sorry but I can't remember what it was. Also ran Memmaid and cleaned the phone up. Afterwards, soft-reset, spb backup asked if I wanted to reboot in normal mode, said yes and back in biz. I highly suggest spb backup if only for the safe mode reset capability.
