does it boot up wat a few seconds then shuts down or does it freeze. the right way to clear the storage is to use the two buttons on the top above the eindows key and the ok with a circle key hold them down and use the stylus to reset then you should get to the gray screen then it asks for r and space I think. but if you cannot then I am not too sure. let us know
