I plug the HTC headphone adapter in, plug it in to my TV, run the app that techfury wrote, select NTSC, select Pics and Videos, and choose a picture, but... nothing shows up on the screen. I tried plugging all 3 colors in as video, but no luck. I tried pulling the 3.5 out just a bit, but nothing. What am I doing wrong? I went to the registry entry and checked and the value is being changed as expected...

I'm guessing that specific video cable doesn't work in this setup. Have you tried hooking it up to a different TV [grasping at straws here, lol]

I have a cable for my camera....and it's 3.5 mm on one end and splits into a video RCA and a mono RCA
then i have the HTC TP connector, black little thumbdrive size type of thing, with a power adapter pluging, a headphone jack, 3.5mm jack and something smaller then that as well...
now it doesn't seem to be working and when i go to the stock TV OUT SETTINGS, it keeps giving me the error, you must have TV OUT cable, optional accessory is needed to output to an external display
any suggestions on what...do i have the right cable...or no
