How low ? I also came from the verizon stock rom. With everything running I start out with over 30 megs free. First thing you do need to do is download and install Advanced Config to the device, then go in and under phone DISABLE the dialer skin. It is on by default. That will free up 10+ megs of ram. To be honest I actually like the original dialer better anyways.

Do NOT use Diamond hacks or tweaks programs. I had issues with both of them and caused me to have to hard reset after I messed with a few things. They are not completely compatible with Verizons TP.
