i have a Sprint TP and so does my friend. my keyboard went out on my last week and i only had the phone for a week. never could fix it no matter if i hard reset or flashed a new rom. well today my friends did this and his is completely stock never even loaded an app on it.

i cant seem to fix this is there any known solution for this? i hate for him to do what i did and go froma completely new phone into a referb... please help
