I copied using ActiveSync. First I downloaded the AudioPara.csv_coarse_ear_extended_speaker.txt file to my computer. Then I renamed it AudioPara.csv. Then I clicked the "Explore" button on ActiveSync. Went to the Mogul windows directory and backed up the original AudioPara.csv. Then dragged the new/coarse copy from my computer to the Mogul windows directory. Did a soft reboot, and the volume is much improved.
