Thats the mistake i did with my phone and i could not find a way to get to setup email after deleting the phantom account......
There is something else that sktools deletes other then the account itself......I was a little skeptical at first but it seems Sktools misinformed selection is most likely deleting the core Key to recreate Email accounts on the phone.
I think you will be better off Hard-reset on her phone and then follow the steps i posted a few posts ago without using Sktools (to be on the safe side
) let me know if you find anything else that doesn't make sense.
