Need some advice

Ok i have a xv6800 that i am having some issues with.
my 6800 got stuck in BL mode for a few days till i was able to get exit BL to run properly.
so when i finally get a new os on it (currently running TitanReloaded_1.3.2)
it will boot up fine and dandy. no issues there. can do all the normal stuff.
However when i goto reset the device it goes back into BL mode.
I have reflashed it several times to no avail.
Im not sure what to do next. I spoke with DCD and he's says its probably some bad NAND blocks. Is there a way to fix these blocks or block them from use?
