I agree with calling VZW. I had this SAME issue once and after reading the posts I called VZW and straight out told the CSR I needed an A Key. Sometimes when you do something like that the CSR knows you know a bit more than the average joe and just cuts the chase. But I do agree you need to call and get a new A Key for provisioning and then you can update the PRL through *228
