every refurb i get is crap
twice i didn't even get to leave the store with it
no matter how much i complain they will not send me a new one or even upgrade me.
i even told them that my contract was up soon (it is now) and was thinking of leaving them
the manager herself would not even offer me a piece of gum to get me to stay with sprint
