To make most of the the clock, bottom icons, and slider adjustments, I used Manila Customizer. To know how to use Manila Customizer go to the thread below on xda. It may be a little intimidating at first, but is really rather simple once you download it and go through the setup process. Then you can swap things in and out whenever you want.

However, beware that Manila Customizer doesn't work well with background 4 all tabs (bg4all) when it comes to making clock adjustments. I had problems with it on the Groove and Calkulin's custom ROMs. Manila Customizer seemed to work fine on Sprint and Mighty ROMs (my current ROM).

Manila Customizer thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=437420

I got my sliders and icon sets (including my current) from this thread on xda. You should know how to load them if you read the first page of the Manila Customizer thread.

The red notification boxes are via the Mighty ROM thread and via Lil Rico's Custom Themes. They created it and get the credit. You can find here. Not sure if it will work on other ROMs besides Mighty's but the cabs are uninstallable.

I also have a couple of cabs that change just the alert colors on TF3D. I got them from XDA although I am not sure where....so credit for them shouldn't be given to me. They are below.

Loading Lil Rico's themed cabs will change the alert colors, and would not require you to load one of the cabs I have attached. If you don't want to use Lil Rico's cabs, you can use the cabs I have attached to change the alerts only.
