Is there a cab for your windows media player? Mine is kinda corrupt (not showing any controls in portrait mode) and I would like to reinstall it if I can. I dont see it in the list of programs to uninstall so maybe a reflash? I can say that every time I flash a new rom, I'm using SPB Backup to reinstall all my settings and programs and info but I always make sure I do rom upgrade mode and I uncheck overwrite files. Just fyi in case this can contribute to the issue. Still haven't sent in a request for my replacement phone so I'm still thinking that's the issue
