Installed a file, did a soft reset and my system is non responsive. It appears to boot but when finished the home screen show a white box that shows the last time I synchronized. none of the hard or soft keys do any thing, includes power button. Only thing I can do at that point is poke the sift reset.

Is there a way to interrupt the boot or should I just do a hard reset?
