My screen was starting to do the same thing at 5 months old. I called sprint and they tried to tell me to use my insurance and it would cost me the fifty dollars. After i complained enough they finally caved and offered me a my choice of a diamond or a pro to replace it. I had to renew my contract (I was only 5 months in so no biggie) and after all there discounts it cost me a $100 out of pocket. It's funny because they called HTC about the problem and even know my local sprint store said there is no known problem the HTC rep told them that is an issue with the touch. Offered to fix it for free if i shipped to them. So might do that and then sell it for the $100. Just thought i would let you guys know that if you complain enough Sprint will cave.
