I had the same problem with my old Apache. It was a connection problem Sprint fixed as a warranty issue. Only difference was my screen streaked. then went white. then went black.
It also fixed itself for a few months then one day broke to the point of uselessness one day on the way to work.
Try to take it in now before it gets worse.
